Mr Narinder Kumar Bansal is an industry stalwart with almost 50 years of experience in developing and executing large-scale real estate projects with an intimate and specialised knowledge in terms of construction. In 1995 he founded VRC Constructions Pvt. Ltd., which has consistently clocked an average annual turnover of INR 700 Crores. Under his aegis, VRC Constructions has completed and delivered over 100 projects in the last 25 years.
Throughout his illustrious career, he has ensured timely completion and deliver of close to 150 projects including a residential project of 600 units spread across 12 acres on NH-1 near Sonipat named White Lilly. From national highways, oil refineries, power plants, metro stations, fertiliser plants, and nuclear power plants amongst many others, with numerous internationally sanctioned projects for the likes of Larsen & Toubro, Maire Tecnimont from Italy, and Oiltanking from Germany — just to name a few, Mr. Narinder Kumar Bansal has an unmatched expertise with successful projects delivered across the length and breadth of India.
He also established VRC Constructions Pvt. Ltd. as an empanelled consulting partner for the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, and Engineers India Limited for the last 25 years.
Ajay Kumar Bansal, Managing Director.
Mr. Ajay Kumar Bansal is a wizard when it comes to finance and investments. From 1999, he operated a commodities trading company with over 100 field offices in India and was personally responsible for INR 30 Crores in assets under management. As the son of Mr. Narinder Kumar Bansal construction was in his blood and soon enough he followed the footsteps of his father — undertaking a strong interest in the industry and establishing a company in 2012 that operated primarily in Delhi-NCR.
Mr. Ajay began with construction projects of luxury bungalows and independent floors, but soon moved on to sophisticated projects constructing industrial buildings and warehouses — including factories and sheds for clients like DS Drinks & Beverages, Campus Group, Baba Global and StoneX India Pvt. Ltd. He also serves as a Director for VRC Constructions.

Vivek Mittal, Joint Managing Director.
Mr. Vivek Mittal is a management graduate who joined VRC Constructions as managing director in 1996. As a young and dynamic member of the team, he oversaw human resources and operations for the company. He oversaw key projects like a 12-storey residential project for employees of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, and towers for MNCs Samsung and Toyo from Japan, along with Ukraine’s Naftogaz. Mr. Vivek also established the company Shivdarshan Constructions in the year 2000 with his brother and later in 2018 established the Kishkindha Group. Shivdarshan Constructions specialises in educational constructions, specifically schools and he has overseen the construction and operational handover of schools in Patiala, Bathinda, Faridkot and Karnal. At the Kishkindha Group, Mr. Vivek oversaw the planning, development, and execution of their flagship residential project with timely delivery.
Gaurav Mittal, Director.
Mr. Gaurav Mittal is a construction industry veteran with over 25 years of experience under his belt. He is also a passionate entrepreneur with a number of ventures spread over a diverse portfolio. He owns and operates a brick kiln in Nabha, a luxury resort in Patiala, and a shopping mall in Barnala. Being a specialist in engineering and construction, he has been part of Shivdarshan Constructions as a Director since its inception. A key project he oversaw for the company was the completion of a multi-storey residential building in Gurgaon for the Haryana Police Housing Corporation. He is also a partner in the Kishkindha Group.
Vikas Mittal, Director.
Mr. Vikas Mittal is a highly reputed Senior Lawyer who specialises across a wide variety of litigation practices. Dinkar Bansal, Director
Mr. Dinkar Bansal is a qualified and experienced professional from the world of finance and investments. However, his involvement in the construction industry gives him extensive knowledge and experience when it comes to successfully delivering contractual projects across India. He owns, operates and manages a leasing company that specialises in renting construction equipment and other essential heavy machinery that is pertinent for the construction of skyscrapers and superstructures all over India. The company is one of North India’s largest lifting and erection company. With almost 15 years of experience, he has overseen technically challenging projects like bridges, oil refineries, and power plants. His experience working with international conglomerates and specialised projects give him insight and knowledge that are extremely valuable and incomprehensible.

Ltd., he has supervised and executed multiple esteemed projects that are of large-scale strategic importance. He led the expansion of the Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre (where 14 floors were added to the existing structure whilst the hospital was running in routine), along with a 28-storey luxury residential project as a contractor for Gurugram’s Krish Group.
